Lease Facilitation

Our client facilitation services for real property include, but are not limited to:
1. Facilitation of Oil and Gas Lease(s) – Residential, Municipal, Agricultural, and Commercial

• Facilitating legally binding oil and gas leases between the Lessor (client) and Lessee (oil and gas entity or other).

a. Legal description of Lessor’s real property, Lessee’s granting of exclusive rights to operate, produce, and market from well(s).
b. Payment of royalties as a proportional share of proceeds realized by Lessee.
c. Terms of well drilling in relation to Lessor’s property.
d. Terms of lease binding on all heirs, successors, and assigns of Lessor and Lessee.
e. Terms of Lessor warranting and defending title to land.
f. Terms of Lessor’s money signing bonus per property acres by Lessee.

2. Facilitation of Class II Disposal Well Lease(s) – Residential, Municipal, Agricultural, and Commercial

• Facilitating legally binding disposal well leases between the Lessor (client) and Lessee (oil and gas entity or other).

• Lease agreement to include, but not be limited to:

a. Legal description of Lessor’s real property, Lessee’s granting of exclusive rights to operate, produce, and market from well(s).
b. Payment of royalties as a proportional share of proceeds realized by Lessee.
c. Terms of well drilling in relation to Lessor’s property.
d. Terms of lease binding on all heirs, successors, and assigns of Lessor and Lessee.
e. Terms of Lessor warranting and defending title to land.
f. Terms of Lessor’s money signing bonus per property acres by Lessee.

3. Viable property and land research for the acquisition of such on the client’s behalf.
4. Facilitation and contracting for timbering services using good selective timbering practices of the client’s property for a realized profit.
5. Property data collection and aggregation including ownership, location, parcel number(s), and real acreage values.
6. Oil and gas industry related land uses including design and development of intermodal depots, secure above-ground storage, temporary housing, and fresh water supply for drilling applications.
